Project Scope

NGS have completed a stand alone cleanroom for high purity stainless steel pipe welding of components for the new Intel facility in Ireland. This small but technically advanced modular cleanroom solution features 2 internal welding booths where the works take place under a laminar flow from integrated ULPA fan filter units giving a consistent cleanliness to ISO Class 4 conditions.

This cleanroom was designed and installed by the NGS team and features our hybrid cleanroom system of FM rated aluminium honeycomb core wall panels with extruded aluminium ceiling grid with clip in metal tiles. This modular cleanroom has been designed with flexibility in mind and can easily be moved to another location in the future if needed.
